FAQs
What happens at an initial assessment?
We give all new patients an initial assessment to understand the problem you’re having and to complete some simple testing to better diagnose the cause. We’ll also discuss your goals and make a plan to get you back on your feet.
If I have tendinopathy do I have to stop exercising?
Nope! In fact there are exercises that are helpful for recovery
Can my hip pain be caused by my desk set-up?
Yes! When you have hip pain, a desk set-up that has a deep seat with knees higher than your hips can exacerbate the pain
When is hip pain serious?
If the pain is constant and has persisted regardless of rest or medication, or it has progressively become too painful to walk more than 100 meters, then it is important to investigate the cause
If I need scans, can you take care of that?
Yes, if scans are required we can get you sorted straight away. We can also work with scans carried out by the NHS
“Absolutely amazing - went to see Jonathan for a trapped nerve early on in my pregnancy, which was resolved with some simple exercises. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointments. I would definitely recommend”
